I have a raw food co-op in the Denver Metro area. I will be taking orders and offering a pick up location every other week with an every week option if the demand is high enough. This co-op will be catering to both vegan and non-vegan raw foodist as there are many raw foodist that also eat animal protein such as wild salmon ceviche' and raw unpasteurized dairy.
